PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode active substance for a lithium battery of which the continuous composition is enabled, a cathode active material for a lithium battery and a lithium battery.
SOLUTION : As a raw material for LixAyDzPO4, one or a plurality of a Li composition, an A composition (one out of Co, Ni, Mn, Fe, Cu, Cr) and a D composition (Mg, Ca, Fe, Ni, Co, Mn, Zn, Ge, Cu, Cr, Ti, Sr, Ba, Sc, Y, Al, Ga, In, Si, B, one of rare earth elements or two or more of rare earth elements different from A) is made an insoluble phosphorous compound of which water is a main composition under a room temperature and pressure and these compositions are added into a solvent of which a main composition is water to make a slurry at a temperature (1), and then this slurry is kept at a temperature (2) higher than the temperature (1) and a crystal nucleus will be precipitated and the crystal nucleus in the slurry will be grown at a temperature (3).
