PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problem that when a green sheet is made thinner in order to attain both miniaturization and capacity increase of a ceramic capaci tor, voltage applied to every unit thickness increases, life time of a dielectric layer shortens and reliability of a laminated ceramic capacitor lowers. SOLUTION : A sintered compact containing 100 mol% of Ba and Ti expressed in terms of BaTiO3, 0.25 to 1.5 mol% of Re expressed in terms of Re2O3 (Re denotes one kind or two kinds or more selected from Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Y), 0.025 to 0.25 mol% of Mo and/or W respectively expressed in terms of MoO3 and WO3 and further containing described ratio of SiO2 or glass components, is used as a material for the dielectric layer of the ceramic capacitor. |
