Provided are green phosphors of thiogallate and red phosphors of alkaline earth sulfide, which emit a white light using one light emitting source and have color purity with good color reproduction after passing through a filter, and a white light emitting device using the same. The white light emitting device comprises : a blue light emitting diode(3); green phosphor(5) of thiogallate, which are installed in the upper part of the light emitting diode(3) and are excited by the light emitted from the light emitting diode(3) to emit a green light, in order to emit a white light after mixing with some of lights emitted from the light emitting diode(3); and red phosphors(6) of alkaline earth sulfide, which are installed in the upper part of the light emitting diode(3) and are excited by the light emitted from the light emitting diode(3) to emit a red light, in order to emit a white light after mixing with some of lights emitted from the light emitting diode(3). |
