简介 Disclosed is a ferroelectric glass ceramic material which has a low Curie temperature and can be fired together with a low-melting-point metal such as Ag or Cu at the same time. Specifically disclosed is a ferroelectric glass ceramic material obtained by firing a glass composition represented by x[(1 - y)BaTiO3·yLnAlO3]·uSiO2·vAl2O3 (wherein 0.35 ≤ x ≤ 0.75, 0 < y ≤ 0.6, 0 < u ≤ 0.6, 0 < v ≤ 0.4, x + y = 1, x + u + v = 1, and Ln represents a rare earth element). It is preferable that the ferroelectric glass ceramic material preferably has a separated ferroelectric phase mainly composed of (Ba, Ln)(Ti, Al)O3 and a Curie temperature within a range of -100˚C to 80˚C.
