简介 FIELD : petro-chemistry. SUBSTANCE : proposed method consists in selective cleaning of oil distillates from resins, asphaltenes and poly-cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (stage 1) followed by processing raffinates of selective cleaning in hydrogen medium at temperature of 300-380°C and partial pressure of hydrogen of 24-30 kgf/cm2 in presence of alumina-oxide catalysts (stage 2) and deparaffinization of this product by selective solvents (stage 3). Polycyclic aromatic hydrogen are left if selective cleaning raffinate in the amount of 10-20 mass-%; amount of hydrogen fed to reaction zone of stage 2 is no less than G=6[0.16KS+18Ka/M], where G is consumption of hydrogen, mass-% of raw material; KS is amount of sulfur preset for removal of raffinate from stage 2, mass-%; Ka is amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons preset for removal of raffinate from stage 2, mass-%; M is average molecular mass of raffinate. Stage 2 is carried out with catalyst obtained through introduction of phase-forming promoters of alumina-silicates of amorphous and crystalline type into alumina-oxide carrier, phosphates, compounds of boron, titanium, zirconium, rare-earth element and active elements from NiO and MoO3 and/or WO3 by impregnation of Ni and Mo and/or W salts at concentration by NiO preferably 80-200 g/l, by MoO3 preferably 160-250 g/l and/or by WO3 preferably 160-420 g/l, or MoO3 and WO3 preferably 200-420 g/l which are obtained through mixing aqua solutions of nitrate of nickel, ammonium molybdate and/or ammonium tungstate preferably stabilized by strong inorganic acids such as hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid, orthophosphoric acid or their mixtures at pH≤4.
