PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fluorescent rare earth metal complex which is soluble in an organic solvent, inhibits entrapment of the inhibition factor of expected properties of a solvent or the like, and can maintain the inherent properties of the complex, and provided a method for easily producing the complex.SOLUTION : The complex is represented by the formula : (RCO2)3LnL (wherein R is at least one group selected from a 1-naphthyl group, 2-naphthyl group, a phenyl group, and quinolinyl group and the group may have an alkyl, an alkenyl or a kind of substituent; Ln is a rare earth element; and L is a neutral organic ligand) and its manufacturing method comprises subjecting a rare earth metal salt and RCO2M (wherein R is the same as defined above and M is H or a predetermined metal) to neutralization reaction to obtain a rare earth metal complex and reacting the rare earth metal complex with a neutral organic ligand or reacting these raw materials together.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT |
