PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an inexpensive and safe anti-blood coagulant capable of being used for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic symptoms or the surface treatment of a medical tool, an anti-thrombosis agent containing the anti-blood coagulant and a blood-contacting surface-treating agent of a medical tool, containing the anti-blood coagulant, and an anti-blood coagulant without giving any bad effect for blood tests over many fields.
SOLUTION : This anti-blood coagulant is equipped with an excellent safety and becomes a substitute of heparin anti-blood coagulant. As compared with the conventional heparin-based anti-blood coagulants, the human anti-blood coagulant using the rare element cerium and its derivative, has a high productivity and is used inexpensively.
