PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a separating/conveying apparatus in which operation speed of a beat harvester is increased and damage of the crops in harvest is minimally suppressed and the crops are precisely separated from foliage, earth and sand.
SOLUTION : The separating and conveying apparatus of beat harvester is equipped with a conveyer 1 on which a mixture containing a crop H dug up in a digging-up part is carried, a separation roller 2 arranged obliquely to moving direction of the conveyer 1 on a conveying surface 1A of the conveyer 1 and rotated and driven in the reverse direction to rotation of the conveyer 1 and a contact roller 3 arranged along the separation roller 2 above the separation roller 2 so that the outer peripheral surface 3A with which the surface of the crop H comes in contact is located on the upstream side of the conveyer 1 than the outer peripheral surface of the separation roller 2 and being rotatable to the same direction as that of rotation of the conveyer 1.
