PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a life extending method of a rotary disk type cutter which is applied to a twin-shaft shearing crusher.
SOLUTION : The life extending method comprises a step wherein a classifier 10 for a pretreatment is arranged in a preceding step of the twin-shaft shearing crusher 30 and a false abrasive i such as earth and sand and particulate glass contained in car shredder dust f by the classifier 10 is made to fall by jumping vibration action, and a step wherein only the car shredder dust f after the pretreatment where the false abrasive i is removed by the classifier 10 is charged in the twin-shaft shearing crusher 30.
