PURPOSE : Provided is a composition for stabilizing earth and sand or waste concrete to improve the strength, durability and wafer fastness of earth and sand or waste concrete and to reduce curing time.
CONSTITUTION : The composition comprises 1.4-2.4 wt%% of lignin; 0.1-0.3 wt%% of sodium carbonate; 0.5-0.9 wt%% of rosin; 0.1-0.3 wt%% of sodium hydroxide; 0.6-1.2 wt%% of a cationic emulsifier; 0.9-1.6 wt%% of a nonionic surfactant; 0.5-1.0 wt%% of oleic acid; 0.1-0.3 wt%% of at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of a cationic surfactant and an amphiphilic surfactant; 0.07-0.13 wt%% of bentonite; 26-44 wt%% of water; and the balance of emulsified asphalt. Preferably the cationic emulsifier is an ester-based cationic emulsifier.
