PURPOSE : Provided are a method for stabilizing earth and sand or waste concrete, and the earth and sand or waste concrete solidified body stabilized by the method which is improved in strength, durability and wafer fastness.
CONSTITUTION : The method comprises the step of stabilizing 100 parts by weight of earth and sand or waste concrete by mixing it with 3-20 parts by weight of cement and 3-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer, wherein the stabilizer comprises 1.4-2.4 wt%% of lignin, 0.1-0.3 wt%% of sodium carbonate, 0.5-0.9 wt%% of rosin, 0.1-0.3 wt%% of sodium hydroxide, 0.6-1.2 wt%% of a cationic emulsifier, 0.9-1.6 wt%% of a nonionic surfactant, 0.5-1.0 wt%% of oleic acid, 0.1-0.3 wt%% of at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of a cationic surfactant and an amphiphilic surfactant, 0.07-0.13 wt%% of bentonite, 26-44 wt%% of water, and the balance of emulsified asphalt.
