PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To prevent a nonconformity such as generation of a warp, a bending or the like by a thermal strain or the like while molding.
SOLUTION : An extruder 90 has an extruding section 80 extruding a molding material containing rare-earth magnet powder and a thermoplastic resin from an extruding port 58 as a long-sized molded form, and a pair of hold-down sections 60 being arranged to the downstream of the extruding port 58 and holding down the molded form extruded from the extruding port 58 in the direction orthogonal to the extruding direction. Each of a pair of the hold-down sections 60 may have rollers 64 and 66 rotated in the extruding direction.
