PURPOSE : An environment-friendly livestock feed additive prepared by inoculating the mixture of chungito as natural composite mineral, silicate material, rock salt and alkaline reduction water with photosynthetic bacteria is provided. The feed additive removes harmful gas and offensive odor, improves disease resistance without administration of separate antibiotics and increases meat quality and color when fed to livestock.
CONSTITUTION : The feed additive is prepared by the steps of : mixing 5 to 15 parts by weight of chungito, 2 to 5 parts by weight of silicate mineral, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of rock salt and 70 to 80 parts by weight of alkaline reduction water; inoculating the mixture with photosynthetic bacteria. The silicate mineral contains a material selected from the group consisting of a rare earth element, monazite, zeolite, quartz porphyry, diatomaceous earth, compounds of calcium, Mn, Cu, Mo, Zn and a mixture thereof. The alkaline reduction water contains a material selected from the group consisting of liquid silicate, liquid silver nanoparticle, liquid calcium, water-soluble chitosan and a mixture thereof.
