PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To smoothly fill into a metal mold by making good flowability of a fine rare earth alloy powder to improve magnetic field orientation.SOLUTION : When the fine rare earth alloy powder is molded and then sintered into a rare earth sintered magnet, a bulk density of the fine powder is made smaller by 5% or more than that of the fine powder during storage, before using the powder for molding.
