PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sheet-shaped rare earth bond magnet, which keeps high magnetic property, flexibility, and strength even in the state of a thin wall of 1 mm or less, its manufacturing method, and a motor.
SOLUTION : This sheet-shaped bond magnet is constituted such that a magnet part 11 and a soft metal body 12 are stacked. The disorder of orientation of the magnet power constituting the magnet part is reduced by efficiently passing a magnetic field for orientation at compressive bonding in an in-plane direction on the rear side of the sheet-shaped magnet, thus a thin pole-oriented sheet-shaped rare earth bond magnet, which has excellent magnetic property, can be obtained, and a high-performance motor is provided.
