PURPOSE : Provided are a composite dielectric material which is reduced in cost compared with the oxide powder prepared using plasma frame and has a high electric constant and a low tanδ, a substrate containing the composite dielectric material, and its preparation method.
CONSTITUTION : The composite dielectric material comprises 100 parts by volume of a resin material; and 30-70 parts by volume of a spherical dielectric powder which is dispersed in the resin material and has a degree of sphere of 0.82-1 and a ratio of 10%% diameter and 90%% diameter of 30 or less. Preferably the spherical dielectric powder is a BaO-RO-TiO2-based compound and has an average diameter of 0.5-10 micrometers, wherein R is a rare earth element; and RO is an oxide of a rare earth element. Preferably the resin material is a poly(vinyl benzyl ether) compound.
