PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a detoxifying method and system of contaminated soil when removing toxic matter in soil while sorting the toxic matter, by thermally decomposing toxic chemical matter and subliming organic matter and low boiling point matter.
SOLUTION : In this detoxifying method of contaminated soil, the contaminated soil is continuously sent into a treating furnace, the upper surface of the soil is directly irradiated with jet gas flame by a jet gas burner, to burn or vaporize organic matter, bacteria and low boiling point matter, and to take out generated exhaust gas and residual earth.
