PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing rare earth sintered magnet for effectively controlling generating crack and cut-away part even the molding of a thin magnet, also provide an intra-magnetic field molding apparatus and a metal die.
SOLUTION : A lower punch 30 is constituted in the double-structure of an external circumferential punch 30A and an internal circumferential punch 30B. When fine particle is supplied to a metal cavity C, a large amount of fine particle is supplied to the external circumference side of the metal cavity C by lifting the internal circumference side punch 30B and projecting the same punch 30B to the upper side of the upper surface of the external circumference side punch 30A. Accordingly, the occurrence of cracks and cutaway part can be reduced by enhancing density of the molding formed by the intra-magnetic field molding more than the that in the method of the prior art particularly at the external circumference.
