PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a laminated ceramic substrate showing good dielectric characteristics even being baked at a low temperature, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION : The laminated ceramic substrate is obtained by temporarily baking a raw material powder for a dielectric ceramic material and baking a laminate formed by laminating several sheets containing the temporarily baked powder, and as the dielectric ceramic material, at least two kinds of dielectric ceramic materials are used, and at least one kind among them has a perovskite-type crystal phase expressed by general formula (Li, R)TiO3-(Ca, Sr)TiO3, (R : a rare earth element). By heating, then rapidly cooling the temporarily baked mixed powder obtained by mixing respective kinds of temporarily baked powders, crystal defects are introduced into the dielectric ceramic material of the temporarily baked mixed powder.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI |
