简介 PURPOSE : To produce a magnetic material having high coercive force and magnetization even in the case of large grain size and excellent in magnetic properties by specifying a composition, consisting of rare earth elements, transition metal elements, and N, a crystalline structure of main phase, and an auxiliary phase, respectively. CONSTITUTION : In a magnetic material represented by Ra TM100-a-b Nb (where R means rare earth elements including Y, TM means transition metal elements, and 5=25% Fe or >=25% (Fe+Co) where 0.01-50% of Fe is substituted by Co. This magnetic material can be produced by introducing 15-30% N from vapor phase into the R-TM alloy of prescribed composition and then applying heating treatment under an H2 -containing atmosphere to regulate N to 12-15%.
