PURPOSE : An apparatus for preventing reoxidation of molten steel during tapping of a refining furnace is provided to prevent causes of quality defects of the molten steel by preventing reoxidation of the molten steel, and prevent addition of impurities to molten steel and obtain stable operation by shorten a tapping head between the refining furnace and a ladle to the utmost. CONSTITUTION : The apparatus comprises a plurality of cylindrical folding sealing frames (10, 20) installed at the upper part of a steel receiving transfer car (200); a ladle mounted to the inner side of the sealing frame (10); a plurality of folding sealing plates mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the upper part of the sealing frame (10); and an argon gas supplying pipe installed surrounding a tapping hole of a refining furnace (220) so that the sealing frame (10) and the ladle are ascended to the tapping hole during tapping of the refining furnace (220), wherein molten steel in the tapping hole is tapped into the ladle under the argon gas environment by surrounding the tapping hole with the sealing plates and spraying the argon gas. |
