PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an ultrasonic imaging apparatus capable of continuously executing the measurement of an image when the image is stored and when the stored ultrasonic image is re-displayed.
SOLUTION : When a B-mode image 120 is stored, measurement pattern positional information on a positional information buffer memory 210 is transferred to a measurement pattern positional information storage part 220. When the stored B-mode image is re-displayed, the measurement pattern positional information is transferred to the positional information buffer memory 210, and a measurement pattern is displayed on the re-displayed B-mode image based on the positional information. Accordingly, the same measurement pattern as before the storage can be reproduced on a display screen, and the same image measurement as before the storage can be continuously executed.
