PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which further stabilizes/ensures the sintering properties at a low temperature so that a conductor such as Ag or an alloy containing Ag as a main component can be surely used as an internal conductor even when the composition system comprises BaO, a rare earth oxide and TiO2 as main components, and further which is reduced in the change of the resonance frequency thereof due to the temperature change, has a specific dielectric constant lower than that of a BaO-rare earth oxide-TiO2-based dielectric porcelain composition, and is improved in the dielectric loss.
SOLUTION : The dielectric porcelain composition comprises, as main components thereof, BaO, Nd2O3, TiO2, MgO and SiO2 in a given ratio, and comprises, as sub-components thereof, ZnO, B2O3 and CuO in a given ratio, and further comprises, as a sub-component thereof, manganese oxide (MnO).
