PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rubber composition for a tire, gentle to the earth, achieving static electricity-preventing performance and improving abrasion resistance, rolling resistance characteristic and wet grip performance in a good balance for preparing the future reduction of the supplying amount of petroleum.
SOLUTION : This rubber composition for the tire is provided by containing a rubber component and carbon black and showing >108 and ≤1011 Ω. cm volume resistivity measured by impressing 1, 000 V electric voltage within 10-50°C temperature and 15-100 % humidity range, or containing the rubber component and carbon black having ≤30 nm mean particle diameter and ≤0.5 % volatile matter, and showing ≤1011 Ω. cm volume resistivity measured by impressing 1, 000 V electric voltage within 10-50°C temperature and 15-100 % humidity range. The pneumatic tire consisting of each of the rubber compositions for the tire is also provided.
