简介 PURPOSE : Provided is a gas turbine engine metal component having a thin 7YSZ interfacial layer interposed between a ceramic TBC and a metal substrate to enhance cyclic durability(spallation) life of low conductivity TBCs. CONSTITUTION : The gas turbine engine metal component(10) consists of a metal substrate; at least one ceramic TBC(15) containing at least one atoms selected from zirconia, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Sc, In, Y, Mo, C and rare-earth oxides, Sc, and In; a ceramic bonding coating(13) made from YSZ interposed between the metal substrate and the TBCs(15); a thermally grown oxide(17) interposed between the metal plate and the ceramic bonding coating layer(13); and a metal bonding coating layer(51) containing aluminum. © KIPO 2006
