PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To inhibit a laid powder from exerting an adverse effect on a sintered compact (rare-earth magnet), and immediately separate sintered and fusion-bonded compacts from each other.
SOLUTION : The subject sintering method includes laying metallic particles 2 among green compacts 1, when stacking the green compacts 1 made of a raw powder for the magnet containing a rare-earth element, before sintering them. The metallic particle 2 to be used is, for instance, iron powder. Then, the sintered compacts are separated from each other by contacting them with an aqueous acid solution 5. The aqueous acid solution 5 is, for instance, an aqueous solution of nitric acid.
