PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To manufacture a rare earth sintered magnet by using granules which have superior mobility and which can improve dimension precision and production of a compact.SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method of the rare earth sintered magnet, powders are pressed and preliminary compact is formed. Granules are obtained by cracking the preliminary compact. The obtained granules are injected to a mold cavity and a magnetic field is applied to the granules and the compact is obtained by pressing. Thus, the rare earth sintered magnet superior in a magnetic characteristic can be obtained by sintering the compact.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI |
