PURPOSE : To firmly braze both members to be joined and also to unnecessitate a post treatment. CONSTITUTION : A joining material 1 is interposed between both joining members to be joined, then the joining member 1 is heated to braze both joining members 2, 4. The joining material 1 is composed of rare earth metal alloy. The rare earth metal alloy consists of Nd and Cu executing the eutectic reaction with Nd, and the content of Nd is set as Nd>=50 atomic %. When the solidus curve temperature of the rare earth metal alloy is defined as TS, and the liquidus curve temperature is defined as TL, the heating temperature T of the joining material is set as TS-50 deg.C<=T<=TL+100 deg.C. |
