ŽSOLUTION : The silica glass particle material, having a diameter of 30-800 nm, contains semiconductor super fine particles having a fluorescence emission efficiency of 3% or more and a diameter of 2-20 nm in a concentration in the range of 2×10-5mol/l and 5×10-4mol/l.
