PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To eliminate peeling and a creak, by constructing a floor material 1 while adjusting delicate dislocation, without requiring a skilled degree in installation, and without generating in-plane strain due to being movable in a horizontal plane in response to a change in a dimension and a position of the floor material 1.
SOLUTION : The floor material 1 is installed on a backing 9 via a sheet-like magnet 7. A magnetizing object 6 is stuck to a reverse surface of the floor material. The magnetizing object 6 is also stuck to the backing 9. Both magnetizing objects 6 are magnetized by the sheet-like magnet 7. A rare earth-based magnetic sheet is used as the sheet-like magnet 7.
