PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an earth-friendly cooling device for suppressing a heat island phenomenon, considering that the outside temperature is recently increased by the waste heat of an air conditioner due to an operation of the air conditioner in extreme heat and the increase of the heat island phenomenon is further accelerated.
SOLUTION : This panel utilizes heat of vaporization of water and cools indoor temperature. The cooling panel can be engaged with and attached to a window frame, photocatalyst is applied to both sides of a vaporization and evaporation panel of water, hydrophilic property as a characteristic of the photocatalyst is utilized, a thin film is formed, vibration is applied to a water film, the vaporization of water is promoted, and the cooling panel can be easily attached or detached.
