PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To detachably attach a decoration panel of thermosetting resin, which can not be screwed in the conventional way, as a top panel for a steel cabinet through a sheet-like magnet and to handle the top panel and the steel cabinet separately by a simple assembly.SOLUTION : An object which is magnetically attracted and is of L-shaped cross section is brought into contact with the steel cabinet from its top to its back and is fixed to it. The decoration panel is detachably secured to the object to be magnetically attracted through the sheet-like magnet. As it is preferable that the sheet-like magnet has a strong magnetic force so that it resists contraction of the top panel due to temperature or moisture, a rare-earth sheet-like magnet is used.
