PURPOSE : A method of preparing agricultural bed soil containing rare-earth chelate compounds is provided. The bed soil promotes the growth of crops, reduces the nitrate nitrogen content and residual amount of pesticides in crops and increases the absorption rate of rare-earth elements in plants while reducing accumulation of rare-earth elements into soil.
CONSTITUTION : The agricultural bed soil is manufactured by using rare-earth chelate compounds alone or mixing with conventional bed soil. The rare-earth chelate compounds are obtained by chelating an organic acid salt with one or more materials selected from rare earth elements. The organic acid salt is one or more selected from EDTA, citric acid and tartaric acid. The addition ratio of the rare-earth chelate compounds is 0.05 to 100mg/kg.
