PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a crusher having a screen mechanism capable of crushing into a resin piece with a fixed size without reducing treatment efficiency even if it is a continuous resin to which earth and sand, and water are adhered. SOLUTION : In the crusher including a crushing treatment part having a receiving hopper for introducing a substance to be crushed, a crushing rotor placed downward from the receiving hopper, attached with a plurality of rotary blades on the circumferential face and rotating round a horizontal shaft center, and a fixed blade arranged oppositely to the crushing rotor; and the screen mechanism 8 on which a plurality of opening parts 8c selectively passing through the substance to be crushed which is crushed in the crushing treatment part A are formed, the opening parts 8c are formed in a slit shape, and its longitudinal edge 8e is placed so as to be inclined in the range of angles of inclination from larger than 0° to not more than 30° with a horizontal direction.
