PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a Ni-based superalloy for unidirectional solidification which has well-balanced high strengths in a solidification direction and in a direction perpendicular to the solidification direction, specifically, of a grain boundary; further a casting; and hot parts for an industrial gas turbine.
SOLUTION : The Ni-based superalloy comprises, by wt.%, 0.05-0.095% C, 0.01-0.05% B, 0.55-1.8% Hf, 1.5-16% Co, 4.1-12% Ta, 1.5-16% Cr, 0-3% Mo, 2-12% W, 0-1.1% Ti, 3.5-6.5% Al, 0-2% Nb, 0-1% V, 0-0.02% Zr, 0.01-9% Re, 0 to 5% of one or more elements in the platinum group, 0 to 2% of one or more elements in the rare earth group, and the balance Ni with unavoidable impurities.
