PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a tray for a tooth bleaching and a tooth bleaching agent by which suitable bleaching effect can be obtained, further to provide a tooth bleaching method by which re-staining after bleaching can be suppressed.
SOLUTION : The tray 10 for bleaching the tooth has a concave portion 11 covering the surface of the tooth. The concave portion 11 is filled with the tooth bleaching agent for bleaching the tooth. Further, an infiltrating material 12 for infiltrating the tooth bleaching agent is disposed in the inner face of the concave portion 11 so as to come into close contact with the surface of the tooth. The tooth bleaching agent comprises respective ingredients of bleaching ingredients and a re-calcification ingredient, the bleaching ingredients are hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate, and the re-calcification ingredient is sodium fluoride. The tooth bleaching method comprises a plurality of bleaching steps including an initial stage bleaching step and a final stage bleaching step, a bleaching agent in which the content of the bleaching agents is reduced and the content of the re-calcification agent is increased in comparison with the initial stage bleaching step is used in the final stage bleaching step.
