PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an earth/sand regeneration system capable of all regenerating from large-sized gravel to fine earth particles, and an earth/sand regeneration method.
SOLUTION : A rough classification process 100 includes the step of roughly classifying earth/sand ES1 and sludge ES2 into coarse particles 40C and fine particles 40F. A crushing process 200 includes the step of crushing the coarse particles 40C to produce crusher-run R40. A washing process 300 includes the step of washing the fine particles 40F. A classification process 400 includes the step of classifying washed gravel R2 into gravel R3 and gravel R4. A settling separation process 500 includes the step of recovering sand SA from turbid water SL1 used in washing the fine particles 40F. A water treatment process 600 includes the step of filtering suspension water SL2 to separate fine particles D as a cake DC. The filtrate is used again as a part of washing water W3 in the washing process 300. A solidification agent adding/granulating process 700 includes the step of adding a solidification agent to the cake DC to produce granulated matter G5. A mixing process 800 includes the step of mixing the granulated matter G5 and the crusher-run R40 to produce regenerated crusher-run PG.
