PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a highly efficient method for obtaining an EL phosphor particulate with a narrow particle size distribution, and a dispersed EL element which emits highly uniform high-intensity light using the EL phosphor particulate obtained through the method.
SOLUTION : The zinc sulfate phosphor precursor comprises secondary particles which comprises an aggregation of primary particles with a median particle size of 1-20 nm, has a median particle size of 0.05-5.0 μm and has at least one chosen from the group consisting of Cu, Mn, Ag, Au and rare-earth elements.
