PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a vegetation base material with which waiting type vegetation for creating a vegetation ground surface only by spray of a base material containing no seed and picking up seeds coming flying or reclaimed earth utilization type vegetation for collecting surface soil of neighboring forest and utilizing seeds existing there.
SOLUTION : The vegetation base material comprises burnt soil obtained by annealing natural true humus soil or natural matured soil, vegetable charcoal of wood, bamboo, chaff, or the like, and natural minerals such as bittern. A vegetation base material composed of this vegetation base material and fertilizer such as bark compost is bonded with an inorganic mineral substance to create a stabilized base.
