PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a treatment method for dehydrating/hardening dredged soil or the like, by which the dehydrating/hardening time of dredged soil or the like can be shortened drastically, dehydrated cake can be made to have high strength and the outflow of an eutrophicating substance to a filtrate and the re-elution of the eutrophicating substance from the dehydrated cake can be decreased.
SOLUTION : This treatment method for dehydrating/hardening dredged soil or the like comprises only one dehydration step in which both of the dehydration treatment for adding/mixing magnesium oxide to/with the concentrated soil obtained by flocculating dredged soil by a flocculant to dehydrate the dredged soil and the hardening treatment for forming the dehydrated cake from dehydrated dredged soil to harden the dehydrated cake are performed by using a dehydrator at the same time.
