PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet, and a method for manufacturing the rare earth bond magnet which is excellent in molding, magnetic characteristics, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while easing conditions of injection molding with a small amount of bonding resin.
SOLUTION : This rare earth bond magnet is a magnet manufactured by injection molding, using a composite for the rare earth bond magnet which contains rare earth magnet powder and thermoplastic resin. A content of rare earth magnet powder in the magnet is 68 to 76vol%. The rare earth magnet powder includes magnet powder consisting of an Sm-Fe-N group alloy containing rare earth elements containing Sm principally, transition metals containing Fe principally and interstitial elements containing N principally as basic components.
