PURPOSE : Provided is a manufacturing method of interior materials(insulating panels, roof materials) for construction having durability, lightweight, no pollution and health improvement due to far infrared rays and minerals by using yellow earth as a main material. CONSTITUTION : The interior materials, yellow earth plates, are manufactured by the following steps of : preparing a yellow earth mixture by mixing 40wt.% of yellow earth obtained by removing impurities and crushing, 6wt.% of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), 3wt.% of elvan ground to 150-180mesh, 3wt.% of germanium ground to 150-180mesh, 3wt.% of jade ground to 150-180mesh, and 45vol.% of saw dust or dried grass; mixing the yellow mixture with a binder composed of diluted polysol, obtained by mixing 20L of water and 4-6L of polysol, for mothproofing and firmness of yellow earth products, 300-500g of sulfur powder, 600-1000g of CMC, and 2-4L of yellow earth(50-80mesh), resulting in a dough having 16-18% of moisture; kneading to remove air from the dough and pressing under 50-250ton for 3-5sec.; drying at 60-80deg.C for 3-5hrs. to be 96-98% of moisture; putting a Korean paper(20) and a paper(30) with a thickness of 0.8-1mm on each side of the yellow plate(10) with a glue obtained by mixing 10L of water with 300-600g of CMC powder; thermal bonding and drying. |
