简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet excellent in molding and magnetic characteristics while utilizing advantages of injection molding with a small amount of bonding resin. SOLUTION : This rare earth bond magnet is a magnet manufactured by injection molding and contains rare earth magnet powder and thermocuring resin. A content of rare earth magnet powder in the magnet is 68 to 76vol%. As the rare earth magnet powder, are consisting, for instance, of an Sm-Co group alloy, an R-Fe-B group alloy (provided that R denotes at least one kind of rare earth elements containing Y), and an Sm-Fe-N group alloy or, when necessary, a mixture thereof is used. As the thermocuring resin, for instance, polyamide, an amorphous polymer and PPS are used.
