PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus for freezing/re-gasifying polarized xenon which can suppress decrease of a polarization rate in re-gasifying the frozen polarized xenon.SOLUTION : The apparatus is equipped with : a means for generating a magnetic field which has a hollow portion receiving the magnetic field; a sealed container mounted in the hollow portion of the means for generating the magnetic field; introducing and discharging tubes of a heating medium connected with the sealed container; a sealed frozen cell which is housed in the sealed container; supplying and ejecting tubes for a diluted gas containing the polarized xenon which are connected with the frozen cell through the sealed container; and a cooling tube which is closely wound on the frozen cell and through which a cooling medium is passed. |
