简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a transparent and electrically conductive film for a display in which a radioactive ray curing resin layer having a superior insulating resistance under a high temperature and a high humidity environment is formed on a polymer substrate and the transparent and electrically conductive film is laminated on the above, and the superior adhesion of the transparent and electrically conductive film is not deteriorated even if it is left for a long lapse of time in the high temperature and the high humidity environment and a bleeding of an impurity to make a surface insulating resistance of a substrate layer in the transparent and electrically conductive film lower is extremely rare. SOLUTION : The transparent and electrically conductive film for a display comprises the transparent and electrically conductive film (E) is laminated on the utmost top surface of the one side of the transparent polymer substrate (S), a radiation curable resin layer (A) containing a colloidal silica made from a silicon alkoxide as a raw material and not essentially containing at least one component selected from a group comprising a metal, a metallic ion, a halogen and a halogen ion is laminated between (S) and (E), and a surface insulation resistance on the surface of the substrate layer of the (E) is at least 1.0×1012 Ω/square in an environment at 50°C, 90% RH and a surface roughness of the transparent and electrically conductive film (E) is below 5 nm in Ra value and a haze value of the laminated film is below 2%.
