PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a small and compact canned motor pump while detecting the position of a rotor by using a Hall element.
SOLUTION : In this canned motor pump, the rotor 24 of a motor part 18 has a predetermined clearance S communicating with a pump part 20 between an outer ring part 36 and an inner ring part 38. A detecting magnet 58 is formed independently from a rare-earth permanent magnet 34, arranged on the inner peripheral side of a back yoke 32, and arranged corresponding to the clearance S between the outer ring part 36 and inner ring part 38 of the rotor 24. The Hall element 60 is extendedly arranged in the clearance S. Thereby, the clearance S is effectively utilized. |
