PURPOSE : A dry distillation furnace for generating dry gas is provided to combust a part of waste and to distillate the rest using the heat, which maximizes efficiency to generate inflammable gas by a perfect sealing system and compact arrangement of bottom nozzles and controls efficiently quantity of heat. CONSTITUTION : The dry distillation furnace for generating dry gas consists of : a cylindrical exterior wall; an interior wall which is at a certain distance of the exterior wall and forms a dry distillation chamber; a cooling jacket which is placed between the exterior wall and the interior wall to cool a dry distillation furnace(25); a bottom cooling chamber to cool the bottom and air-supplying nozzles; a rubber hose(25a) and a pipe(25b) to circulate a cooling water preventing deformation by inner heat of a dry distillation furnace(25); and double packings which are installed at the waste inlet and the part touching an exterior wall of a dry distillation furnace to be ascended/descended for an ash treatment. |
