PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of yellow earth-charcoal blocks is provided, which is characterized by using massive lumps(not powders) of yellow earth and charcoal as raw materials. Accordingly, the charcoal lumps enable to keep the pore structure of charcoal, resulting in deodorization and dehumidification. CONSTITUTION : The yellow earth-charcoal blocks are manufactured by the following steps of : (S10, S12) preparing yellow earth lumps by mixing 5-30wt.% of germanium powder, 70-95wt.% of yellow earth powder, and optionally 0.5-5wt.% of silver for sterilization, adding water, and drying; (S14) putting massive lumps of yellow earth and charcoal into a mold, and (S16) putting foamed materials like sponge to fill the space between yellow earth and charcoal lumps; (S18) forming; and (S20) de-molding. Also, the sheet-shaped nets made of plastics, metals, etc. are attached to the outer sides of the block for preventing yellow earth and charcoal powders from blowing. |
