PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To prevent infection with bacteria and viruses caused by the mis-puncture of a disposable syringe needle before, during or after an operation, or in the infusion, and to simplify the manufacturing process and the cost of manufacture for achieving the prevention of infection.
SOLUTION : Risk of mis-puncture is increased when a syringe needle body C stored in resin-made containers A and B of the disposable syringe needle is mounted on a syringe barrel, and when the syringe needle is re-capped during or after the operation. Since the edges of the containers can not be clearly grasped, the edges of the containers are colored, so that the inside and outside of the containers can be easily distinguished. It is preferable that such colors as clearly discriminated in a place where the syringe needle is used should be adopted. Further, the cost needs to be reduced because the syringe needle is disposable. The syringe needle cap requires only one additional process to the existing production line, and a drastic modification is not necessary. |
