PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a water-based coating material composition capable of forming a coated film having soft feeling even on appearance or even when human touches with a hand, and to provide a method for forming a coated film having embossed surface irregular in size and direction, and to prepare a coated decorative sheet having embossed surface irregular in size and direction.
SOLUTION : In the water-based coating material composition containing microcapsules, each microcapsule is obtained by dispersing a hydrophilic sol having an action to be formed into gel by forming a metal bond with an alkaline earth metal ion and having wall film-forming ability into an agitating alkaline earth metal ion-containing aqueous medium. The method for forming the coated film comprises applying the water-based coating material composition onto a material to be coated. The coated decorative sheet is prepared by applying the water-based material coating composition onto a substrate. |
